Everyone is all excited that President Bush said the s-word in front of an open mike, but truthfully the rest of the captured conversation between Bush and Tony Blair is much more interesting. Here is the webpage--the video is on a link on the left.
Let's all say it together: adults swear. Some swear less than others. Some swear regularly. It is not a character flaw (indeed, I don't trust people who never swear). I do not like this president, but I don't care if he gets in front of a mic and spews profanities like a drunken tourettes victim. There might be nothing more annoying in an almost constantly annoying political climate than when people feign outrage -- OUTRAGE!! -- over things about which they are not outraged.
