My dissertation is now available for preview and purchase from UMI. No doubt the book, if it ever comes out, will be better and cheaper, but if you absolutely must read my ramblings right now, you have the chance.
I should note also that the acknowledgments are available for preview. I would encourage all of you to read them.

Thanks, Tom. Know that you have an esteemed spot in my acknowledgements as well.
I blamed Tom for any errors contained in my dissertation in this acknowledgements. The book will take a similar tack.
I blame Tom for just about everything.
