Crack Dip Reprise

By request, here is the recipe the world famous Buffalo Chicken Dip:

2 cups or more of cooked chicken cubed small
2 packages of cream cheese cubed
3/4 cup shredded cheddar
3/4 cup chopped celery
16 oz bottle of hot sauce (Franks, Texas Pete, Louisiana--I use Texas Pete)

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook for about 20 minutes. Pour into 9x13 and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.

Eat with tortilla chips, tortillas, a spoon, fingers, etc.
