Liquid Crack

Before anyone else asks, here is the recipe for the Buffalo Chicken Dip:

2 cups or more of cooked chicken cubed small
2 packages of cream cheese cubed
3/4 cup shredded cheddar
3/4 cup chopped celery
16 oz bottle of hot sauce (Franks, Texas Pete, Louisiana--I use Texas Pete)

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook for about 20 minutes. Pour into 9x13 and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Eat with tortilla chips. It is glorious and very good for you. So good, in fact, that it gave my sister a gall bladder attack. I'm not kidding.

Mmmmm...gall bladder attack-inducing buffalo chicken dip...
