Noonan on Rather

This piece in the WSJ by Peggy Noonan on Dan Rather is one of the best things she has written. I usually think that she is too much style and too little substance, but in this case she is writing about her personal relationship with Dan Rather, and I think she nails him-- and not in a bad way. I think she gets him right. Take a look at the article. Rather is not a hero or a the Devil. It might even soften your view of the man.
