A number of Canadian pharmacies have decided not to sell drugs back into the United States. I think they realized that America is a big enough market that it could suck most of the medicine out of Canada, which would result in big price increases when supply fails to keep up with demand, and that's one of things the Canadian health care system is designed to avoid. There's also that little thing about the threat of lawsuits since many American pharmaceutical companies sell their drugs abroad with explicit nonreimportation agreements.
