Organs of the Democratic party, like MTV, continue to spread rumor and innuendo that, contrary to public record, a second Bush term would lead to a renewed draft. It's interesting that they ignore the fact that only Democrats, lead by New York's Charles Rangel, have sponsored or voted for recent draft legislation.

What I also find interesting is that Kerry wants to increase our troops by, I believe, 40,000 or so. My question is where the hell are these people going to come from? Does he have a potion that will magically grow military troops? If any one is going to start a draft, Kerry seems to be the one with a plan that will require one.
