Belgium news

OK, I have to admit that I must have been totally blind to have missed this story while I was in Belgium. But I didn't read Belgian newspapers (and yes, I do read French) or watch Belgian news, relying instead on the BBC and the net for my news. But then I get back to London, read a Canadian blog, and find out what I missed. Go figure.
