With some great advice: "Perhaps Eliot Spitzer, now the governor of New York, got it right when, as state attorney general, he offered advice about political survival. 'Never talk when you can nod,' he said. 'And never write when you can talk.' One more thing: 'Never put it in an e-mail.'"
