Kissinger on Acheson

Dean Acheson: A Life in the Cold War

I am not sure if I know more about Acheson or Kissinger after reading this review.

Not only that, but Kissinger has the temerity to assert that Acheson might be the "most vilified secretary of State in modern American history." He's kidding, right? This is not a value judgment as to whether or not one should have been more vilified than the other, but there is little question which SOS actually holds that dubious title.
