Customer Service

One Army captain was not pleased with the service he received from Hewlett Packard, so he dealt with the problem:

It's too bad we can't do that to some of the "service" we get here at the university. Ah well.

I hear that the CPT that did that got in a bunch of trouble for doing that. Destorying gov't. property is a big no-no.

I haven't found any information that says that he did get in trouble, and some have speculated that it was his own printer. Do you have any sources, because I would be interested?
