This could have been better

A Boston Globe columnist imagines a conversation between a Baby Boomer and a GenY. Here 'tis: We hear you. We don't want to follow.

The conversation might have been more interesting if he had imagined a talk with a GenXer. My opening salvo: "Retire. Stop voting yourselves increases in Social Security. Stop driving up health care costs."

I have to run to class, but you get the idea.

You never walked to school in the snow, you never lived without air-conditioning, you all whine about the glory days of the 60's, peace, love, joy and all that but you baby boomers are more greedy and power/money driven than the Eisenhowers or Nixons ever were where do you think the greedy 80s and the soulless 90s FREAKING CAME FROM...Stop trying to restore the 60's…most of us didn't like hippies then and we don't like them now..The Beatles sucked then and they super-suck now... JFK wasn't good looking, a decent man, or a good President…Just Die…Now"

Well now that seems a little harsh.
