I love that Mel Gibson is going totally freaking nuts. His new movie is called "Apocalypto," and is about the fall of the Mayan empire. Of course the characters all speak Mayan, mostly because Mel wasn't satisfied with the obscurity of Aramaic in The Passion. The teaser trailer can be found at the movie's website.

To add to the fun Mel went ahead and inserted himself in the trailer, about 1:46 in, right before the screaming baboon. Here he is:
