I support the idea in principle. One big problem: What happens when someone asks Clinton about his opinions on the war? Would he hold his tongue and stick to the mission at hand? Or would he transform his trip into some kind of anti-war speaking campaign meant to gain points for his own party?

I would hope that he could put the interests of the U.S. and the world ahead of party politics once he was engaged in the task.
He is the man from Hope, right? But I tend to agree with TJT on this one.
