Actually, shouldn't there be some sort of penalty for having the Cleveland sports teams? I would think the Browns alone would cancel out all the broadband in the world.
I would say this survey completes (or verifies, really) that city's turnaround. Listening to people talk smack about Pittsburgh all week has reaffirmed that much of America doesn't know about some great cities in the midwest.

I don't know about the rest of the midwest, but Ohio, and Cleveland in particular, needs to outlaw smoking in public places.
