So, China sets the standard which American foreign policy should follow? Since the Chinese don't adhere to international standards of human rights, why should we? Is this the sort of logic which should dictate U.S. foreign policy

I am not against lowering greenhouse emissions. I am against signing a treaty with China and Russia that would be meaningless to them but binding to us.

We should not allow China, or Russia to set the standards in American foreign or domestic policy. That is my point, actually.
