No News on the News this Morning: Day 1,841
Imagine my shock this morning. Nothing happened anywhere in the world, that is, nothing but a bunch of reporters standing around in a hurricane. Due to the wonders of Tivo, I fast-forwarded through the entire CNN morning show without stopping once. It was three hours of reporters in red raincoats standing in the rain.
I hate it.
I also hate anyone who praises this sort of activity. Does anyone find it interesting? Are we learning anything about anything when we watch Anderson Cooper get wet? And every news division does it.

All part of the 24-hour news cycle. It's especially frustrating in Florida, where you are seeking shelter, praying to be spared, and these assholes are standing in the middle of it.
