Actually, I think this is probably an arena where we can support Chomsky, especially with his work on linguistics and related ideas. Might have to be careful, though, since it seems much of the criteria for "intellectual" in the list could be "activism".
Actually, this isn't an arena where we can support Chomsky at all. His important work on language was fifty years ago. This bs award is obviously for his activist theories, which are all insane.
