Funny, my German friend Katrin (seriously) would probably love this, if she weren't on her way to Hawaii right now. But then, based on the look she gets on her face when asked if she would vote for Schroeder next month, I'm guessing she's not in the SDPs mailing list.
On another note, what would those Germans make of the fact that Katrina is far from the most powerful and deadly hurricane to hit the US? Blame the 105 years ago on global warming?
