...from a great trip to Europe with my wife and in-laws. Tremendous fun, and I got some good work done as well. I will soon post some pics and some observations in the new areas of The Big Tent Universe once they are finished. I can say here, though, that Riga is a tremendous city--great food, great beer, great everything. It makes the heart happy to see the Baltic States recovering from three brutal occupations that covered over fifty years. More on that later.
It is good to be home, though. Of course, while I was gone, the Mariners gutted their team and hired new players from the bleacher seats, and I know none of you noticed. Nor should you have. Because they suck. Again.
