Good News in France

The Federalist Society at Yale Law School reports: "There is reason to rejoice in France this morning. The INSEE statistics agency announced today that French unemployment fell below 10% (9.9%) for the first time in two years! And, second quarter GDP for the Euro Area grew at a robust 1.1% annualized rate. Who ever said a social welfare society doesn't work?"
