Wow. Clinton and Reagan. I understand that some people overrate JFK due to his untimely death, but Clinton and Reagan? Does this say something about our public schools? What is the CW among historians? I'd assume the top tier would be Washington, Lincoln, FDR. What about second tier/near great presidents? Thoughts please.

They probably couldn't name any others-- or they are trying to make some kind of partisan point.
