Surprisingly, 1% of Fallujah residents have registered to vote in Iraq's upcoming election. I'm sure many will complain that they are unfairly under represented after the elections. Too bad. The local "leadership" gets no sympathy on this one. Lesson to future Iraqi politicians - the perfect way not to develop a political organization and get your voter base out on election day is to turn your municipality over to foreign terrorists and local thugs for the purpose of destroying all vestiges of civil society.
