Statement on the Electoral College by Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan

Linked over at the Ashbrook Center. I am sure someone will call Daniel Patrick Moynihan an ill-informed racist for supporting the electoral college. If he were still alive I bet he would still support the electoral college.
