Two of the best movies of the year are currently in the theaters and I recommend that everyone see them before they move on. Friday Night Lights may be the best football movie, ever. The Incredibles is a thoroughly enjoyable animated superhero flick. Both are very well written, have believeable characters, and star mostly second-string actors. The Incredibles also has the virtue that you can take kids to see it. But don't take my word for it. Go out and see them for yourself.
