The Final RCP Average

It is election day and RealClear Politics has come out with their final electoral prediction. They say Bush 296, Kerry 242. They moved Hawaii into the "tossup" category but still put it in the Kerry column "due to the overwhelmingly Democratic leanings of the state." They did do some private polling in Hawaii that suggested that the "state is indeed close."
