Good stuff, though in true New Yorker fashion they think they are the only ones who talk that way. The wife's family is from Rhode Island and I'm from Cleveland, and both of our families speak Italian food with the Italian-American accent. None of us give a shit what the purists think.

Oh yeah, they forgot two big ones: ricotta (ri-GOTT) and capicola (ga-ba-GOOL).
