Okay, I admit it, I was wrong about the Olympics. Well, partly wrong. There were no nationwide blackouts. The new Olympic construction did not crumble under the weight of spectators. There was no horrific terrorist attack. And I'm glad I was wrong on all these counts. However, I was right about the American women - they kicked butt.
