In two careful readings of the article in question, I see no indication that the fraud in question is positively attributable to either political party. But there is nothing quite so stirring as an ad hominem attack when the facts let you down.
I'm sorry. I should have pointed out that all of the 527 groups, including ACT which was specifically mentioned in the article, are all backed by Democrats. These groups, of course have the proper two degrees of separation from the party required by law to prevent prosecution by the SEC.
