Howard Dean

This is a letter which Howard Dean wrote to then President Clinton. It urges Clinton to intervene in Bosnia, unilaterally if necessary, and uses the moral standing of the US as part of his argument. Either Dean has gone insane in the last nine years or he is just the most blatant practitioner of double standards that American politics has seen in a long time.
