This work, published on October 2, Juche 84 (1995), serves as a great immortal programme for the party construction and activities as it reviewed with pride the glorious history of the WPK in which it paved a new road for building a revolutionary party in the era of independence and indicated a way of strengthening and developing the WPK to be an eternal party of President Kim Il Sung."
