Not sure about you guys' policy on personal announcements, but I was hoping to get to as many history people as possible. I will be celebrating the successful defense of my thesis tonight [Friday] at Courtside, sometime around 8 or so. Everybody's welcome, of course. I've been spreading the invitation around the ground floor, but most of you guys have moved upstairs (or out of the building altogether).
Whether we all get there or not (I'll try, but I have some commitments), I'd like to extend the warmest congratulations from the Big Tent to Marching 110. Great job and good luck with your future in the green and white...I mean...uhh...the other green and white.... Yeah.
