I can't deny that the Cavs are playing pretty darn well right now, and it would be stupid to argue that Silas doesn't have something to do with that, but the real hero of this story is Jim or John (I can't remember which is which) Paxson, the Cavs GM. He has been absolutely incredible in making the Cavs a contender this year, and for that he deserves GM of the year. All respect to Kiki Vandeweiqgrftsa in Denver who did a great job getting the Nuglets ready to play this year, but Paxson has turned around a bad team midseason. That is really hard to do.
