I have also grown addicted to Bob Dole's primary-night coverage. He has that "I am an old man and I don't care if you like what I say" attitude. It has led to some of the funnier moments of the campaign thus far. Last night he asked John Edwards if John Kerry was on his short list of possible VPs. The reaction from Edwards was genuine, hard laughter. Those kinds of moments are impossible to script. Dole has managed to get under the skins and reveal more about the candidates than any other analyst.
