Germany's Early Election: Schroeder: Lose the Vote to Win the Election

For those of us (most of us) who don't really understand what is happening in Germany right now, this article breaks it down. Of course, as I continue to watch CNN's American Morning I realize that few Americans are aware that anything is happening in Germany. That is why we read Big Tent, I suppose.

    I was lucky enough to have a German friend (who got a frantic early morning phone call from her father about it), tell me this news yesterday. It also let us compare notes on the craziness of our electoral systems.
